Natural Resources
Land: Lao Cai has natural area extensive about ​​6383.88 km2, fertile, diverse includes 10 group land with 30 major soil types, suitable for many different crops. * Minerals: Lao Cai is one of the richest mineral provinces in Vietnam with 35 different types of minerals and over 150 mines.
